Terms & Conditions

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and equipment, and it is non-refundable. The remaining 50% balance is due the day before your event — we charge the card on file or contact you to collect. Reservations are confirmed only after the deposit is received.

You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours notice; a second reschedule carries a $50 rebooking fee. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

Delivery and pickup are free within 30 miles of our Orlando base. Beyond that radius we charge $2 per additional mile, calculated at checkout.

Please have the setup area clear, level, and accessible before we arrive. We need a standard grounded electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup location, or a generator.

• An adult must supervise the inflatable at all times while it is in use.
• No shoes, glasses, jewelry, food, drinks, silly string, or sharp objects inside.
• Do not exceed the posted rider limit or mix large and small children at the same time.
• No flips, roughhousing, or climbing on the walls or netting.
• Units must be evacuated and unplugged in winds above 15 mph or during lightning.

Normal wear is expected. The renter is responsible for damage caused by misuse, vandalism, or failure to follow the safety rules, and for excessive cleaning (paint, silly string, pet waste, mud).

Safety comes first. If severe weather is forecast, we will contact you to reschedule or issue a credit. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

A signed rental agreement and waiver is required before setup. Bounce, Parties & Events LLC is licensed and insured; certificates of insurance and additional-insured requests are available through our vendor packet form.

We may update these terms. The version in effect is the one posted at the time of your booking.
