Bounce Assurance
of your total order
- Covers your entire order — bounce houses, slides, concessions & more
- Protects against accidental rips, stains, and damage from normal use — inside and outside the unit
- Repair or replacement costs covered up to $2,000
- No deposit, no hold on your card, nothing to remember to release
- Charged once, at booking — done
Pre-selected at checkout. Uncheck anytime to switch to the deposit option below.
Refundable Deposit
security deposit
- No Bounce Assurance fee added to your order
- Card authorized 1–2 days before drop-off — not charged upfront
- Released in full within 48 hours if the order comes back undamaged
- Any damage is deducted from the deposit instead of a separate bill
- If repair or replacement costs exceed $100, you're responsible for the remaining balance, charged to the card on file
A hold, not a charge — funds are only taken if there's damage to cover. Damage costs beyond $100 will be billed separately.

Common questions
Bounce Assurance — 10% of total order
Accidents happen — that's what Bounce Assurance is for. This optional protection covers accidental damage from normal use across your entire rental order (bounce houses, slides, concessions, and other equipment), inside and outside the unit, up to $2,000 in repair or replacement costs, so a bounced ball or a birthday-party mishap doesn't turn into a bill.
Bounce Assurance does not cover: theft of the unit; intentional damage; damage caused by pets, shoes, or sharp objects (keys, jewelry, zippers) inside the unit; silly string, gum, face paint, hair dye, or dark/colored drinks that cause permanent staining; decorations taped, pinned, or stapled to the unit; bug spray, sunscreen, or oil residue; open flames or smoking near the unit; dragging or sliding the unit across pavement or rough surfaces; improper anchoring; overloading capacity or adult use on kids-only units; or weather-related damage if posted storm/high-wind instructions weren't followed.
Refundable Deposit — $100
Renters who decline Bounce Assurance will be required to provide a refundable $100 security deposit, authorized on the card provided 1–2 days before drop-off and released within 48 hours of pickup, provided the unit is returned undamaged. If repair or replacement costs exceed $100, the renter is responsible for the full remaining balance, which will be charged to the card on file.
This applies regardless of whether Bounce Assurance's $2,000 cap or the deposit option was selected — Bounce Assurance limits your maximum exposure to $2,000; the deposit option does not limit your liability for the actual cost of repair or replacement.
