Kissimmee's Mix of Family Homes and Vacation Rentals
Kissimmee covers a lot of ground, from historic downtown streets to the vacation-home corridor along Highway 192, and we deliver to all of it on the same flat $35 fee.
Roughly half our Kissimmee bookings are short-term rentals where nobody is home when we arrive. We set up on the pool deck or lawn, photograph the finished unit, and text you the photo so the day is not interrupted.
For resident families, the routine is simpler: we stake into grass, walk you through the safety rules, and return at the agreed pickup time. Every unit is cleaned and sanitized between rentals.
